We are proud to recognize Earth Day! Part of sustainable forest management means continuously seeking methods to minimize our carbon footprint through renewable energy sources. We strive to use green energy wherever we can, which is why we turn to biomass as fuel. In processing, many of our mills burn bark as fuel, and over half of the direct energy used in our Forest Supply Chain is derived from biomass fuels.
